I would like to ask a question which goes, is optimization for Google different from optimization of Yahoo?

the optimization for both are the same but Google indexing is tough even if you want to get high rank in Google you need quality and quantity back links and strong keywords

Yahoo is more focused on “on-page factor” and Google is focused on the “off page” factor which means that Yahoo is putting interest on the internal of the website aspect more than the external.

for optimization of Yahoo. It is not different from that of any other search engines in the internet
To rank high in Yahoo you need to do your SEO in Yahoo services.
