According to reports, the Special Anti-Robbery squad (SARS) headquarters in Abuja is currently on lock down following the sacking and arrest of  Lawan Daura, Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS). The former DSS boss was fired by Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, with the approval of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Daura's sack happened after the deployment of DSS operatives to the National Assembly.

He was arrested by a combined team of the Police and the Special Anti-Robbery squad (SARS).

An eyewitness Kamen Chuks who stays in Abuja shared pictures of the SARS office as he said the operatives have driven away all civilians away including visitors ,staff and auxiliary workers and told them to come back tomorrow.
