Anaemia

What is anaemia?
Anaemia is a condition in which the number of the healthy red blood cells falls below normal in the body. Anaemia is often referred to as a disease but it is not a disease rather a condition. Blood is lost and destroyed faster than the body can replace when it suffers from anaemia.

Causes of anaemia
Anaemia is caused due to insufficient production of red blood cells which could be due to following
• Faulty diet
• Lack of Iron in the food
• Lack of vitamin C and D

Symptoms of Anaemia
• Shortened of breath
• Insomnia
• Tiredness
• Palpitation
• General body pains
• Whitish finger nails

Herbal Treatment of Anaemia Method #1
Materials
Get mango barks, two bottles of honey, water, soya beans and pigeon peas leaves (canjanus cajans)

Preparation
A medium sized pot should be filled up with the mango barks and water is added into the pot as much as the pot can hold. Allow to boil just for 45mins. Then, bring it down and allow it for 24hrs. After which it is carefully sieved and the two bottles of honey is added to it and properly mixed.

Dosage
Take one glassful 2x per day

Herbal Treatment of Anaemia Method #2
Material
Get one dessertspoonful of soya beans and pigeon peas, ½ glass of water and four dessertspoonful of honey.

Preparation
Grind the pigeon peas into a fine powder and mix one dessertspoonful of it with equal amount of powdered soya beans into a half glass of water. After which four dessertspoonful of honey is added.

Dosage
Take half glass of the herb 2x per day
