User experience is a total discipline that include design data management and consumer’s behaviour. While user interface is the design of your website including the layout, font types/size, colour background and images.
All this should be done and designed accordingly based on your visitors behaviours. If your visitors are not comfortable about your site, then you should consider redesigning your site, repositioning items and menus of the site.
So, let talk about user interface vs. User experience

3	User Interface is all about adding a background music or welcoming voice sounds	User experience is optimizing your website content and total architecture to ensure that visitors get the best experience when they navigate your site.
