Strawberries are heart-healthy which is packed with vitamin C and they are also an excellent source of folate

Appart from fibre broccoli is also rich in iron and can be included in the diet of an anaemic patient

Beans lowers cholesterol and can actually  decrease your risk of heart disease. As it is rich in potassium, fibre and protein

Many nuts can assist in lowering cholesterol, but almonds in particular are a great healthy snack.

Add papaya to your diet as it contains huge amount of Vitamin C, potassium, calcium, iron, thiamine and magnesium
