This is a thread to share the corrections of most common errors in English.
There are most english grammars we speak thinking it is the correct ways of presenting them. But nah it isn't and will never be.

Look at this Grammer.
Incorrect: He did not study hard and so therefore, he failed the examination.
Correct: He did not study hard and so, he failed the examination.
Correct: He did not study hard and therefore, he failed the examination.
The above grammar is tutological. Hope you learnt

Incorrect: The baker daily supplies us bread
Correct: The baker daily supplies us with bread.
Supply when used as a verb often goes with a preposition. The same thing goes to 'provide', 'adorn', 'shower', 'horrify', 'abide', etc.

Fact and Fiction as used in the above sentences are uncountable nouns and cannot take the indefinite article, 'a'.
