Covid-19 cases in France is +60,000
Number of deaths is +5,000
While
Covid-19 cases in the entire Africa is +6,000
Number of deaths is +300
Yet, they want to test their new vaccines in Africa.
Testing vaccines means they will inject some people with the vaccines, then try to infect them with the virus.
What if the vaccines fail or if it has serious side effects like sterilization?
