We are near signing David Luiz from Chelsea. Barcelona are very close in signing Chelsea's David Luiz despite PSG interest and managerial uncertainty.
It is like Chelsea have an agreement in place to allow David Luiz to join Barcelona this summer pending a possible change of manager at the Spanish club.
Barcelona to Complete €40m Deal to Sign Chelsea Star After the World Cup. Barca have made a move to bring the Chelsea defender to Camp Nou.
The 26 year old has apparently already agreed terms with the La Liga club who will pay €40m (£32m) for the Blues fan favourite.

I dnt see any seriousness in getting Luiz to camp Nou. In January the transfer romour about Luiz coming to camo nou became hot but now its very cold.
