The pics above show that the federal government has started the payment of monthly stipend of N65,000 to ex militants stopped since January this year. The Chief of staff in the office of the special Adviser to the president on Niger Delta and Coordinator of presidential Amnesty programme. Colonel Dedis Abel (Rtd). Said this is the continuation of the programme held earlier January 2016, in port Harcourt, Rivers State.
