5 Good Exercise that help your lose weight.
1. Racing: Racing for minutes or hours helps the blood in your body to circulate round. This help to burn of about 800 calories in your body and make you refreshed and relieved.
2. Swimming: You must know that a lot of calories are burnt off when swimming for hours especially doing length up and down. Though, you don’t sweat but the exercise helps in blood circulation.
3. Dancing: whenever one dance around calories are burnt off the body. This is so because dancing involves all your body and mind which as well relieves you of stress of the day.
4. Walking: Motorcycle in Nigeria and other countries have rendered a great harm than good to most of us especially our young girls. You as a girl should walk to the place where you have been sent on errand. You will notice that we have more fat and obsessed girls than guys. Girls walk around and stop this bike, bus and okada things. Walking around burns of calories in your body.
5. Skipping Rope: This exercise can be done in a private place. It reduce calories in the body, not only that, it help refreshes your memory and relieves you of stress.
