Competition between Yahoo and Skype

Yahoo messenger and Skype. As you know that Skype is the best online communication medium where you one can do video chat with different people at the same time and send any data through Skype but as much as you know that yahoo messenger do not have such facility yet.
So my question Is do you think that there is any competition exists between Skype and Yahoo messenger for online communication medium.

I think there is. As you know that the two are working on the internet who to become the best an making researches to help them advance their technology for online users. Only that Skype have better features than Yahoo and it is becoming more popular.

There is no competition but yahoo messenger and Skype are working hand in hand

Skype is new and it is becoming more popular while Yahoo is old and it is fading away but to Nigerians and other African countries, Yahoo messenger is still leading
