That’s true. When I submitted my site to search engines freewebsubmission.com it was on page 11 on google I embacked on SEO but a week later it mounted to page 7 and three weeks, it was then on page 2 on my related keywords.
What I did was just blog commenting and seo

I think pay a company to work on your seo is far more reliable than paying for links.
