Free Internet Services For the Whole World. How possible is it

I read an article where it says that organization called Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF) announced the "Outernet" project which will help the people across the globe to connect with each other by providing free Internet access to all people. Whether they are African amazon
forest or any part of the world, as long as you are in this world.

Now, it was said that the Outernet will cost not less than $100, 000 to $300, 000 to build.

Do you thinks this kinda project is possible is this recent time of selfishness?

I am waiting for this kind of opportunity patiently.

I wil say amen to this kind of development

With technology most certain things are obviously possible. But this may not work cos the internet providers may try to hinder its success
