How to prepare Chicken Stew
You might be wondering how you can prepare Chicken Stew. You should be calm because it is not as difficult as you thought. Let us begin. Here is a guideline to prepare this kind of stew for your dear ones with ease.
Ingredient:
1. Salt
2. 2 large onions
3. 1 teaspoon of curry
4. 2 cloves of garlic
5. 1 kg of fresh tomatoes
6. 1 large chicken
7. 225g of fresh chillies
STEP
1. Wash your pot thoroughly and put it on fire
2. Cut the chicken into 10-20 pieces and carefully washed. Add salt and sliced onions, thyme, curry allow it to boil for 30-40 minutes with the washed chicken
3. Heat up half of the oil in a pot and fry the cooked chicken until it is brown but not until it is dry.
4. Prepare a second pot, pour in the remains of the oil and fry the onions, chillies and tomatoes for 20 minutes until fairly dry.
5. You can now add the tomatoes puree and some water if need be.
6. Stir thoroughly and add the fried chicken pieces.
7. Cook and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stirring frequently until well blended
8. Drain off excessive oil that rises to the top and finally stir in the chopped part minger leaves.
9. Remove from fire and your chicken stew is cool for meal
N/B:
Please note to be careful while preparing any kind of food at all, even when adding your ingredients and spices. Too much of everything is bad and little of it is worst.
