Nigerian Soup: How to prepare Ofe Owerri/ Owerri Soup

You might be wondering how you can prepare Ofe Owerri/Owerri Soup. You should be calm because it is not as difficult as you thought. Let us begin. Here is a guideline to prepare this kind of soup for your dear ones with ease.
Ingredients
1. 1 kg meat
2. 450 kg stock fish
3. 1 medium dry fish washed and flaked
4. 225g ground chillies
5. 225g ground crayfish
6. 225g Uzouza leaves, shredded
7. 450g cocoyam boiled and pounded
8. 1 litre of water
9. Salt
Step
1. Wash the meat thoroughly and piece in pot
2. Season with salt and ground chillies, add some water and cook for 45 minutes
3. Meanwhile, wash and peel the cocoyam cook until soft and pound
4. Add the wash smoked fish and stock fish to the pot of boiling meat and cook for 10 minutes
5. Add the stock bring to boil
6. Mould the pounded cocoyam into small balls add to the soup, stir in the crayfish shredded uzouza leaves and oil
7. Adjust seasoning and simmer for 15 mins until slightly thick
N/B:
Please note to be careful while preparing any kind of food at all, even when adding your ingredients and spices. Too much of everything is bad and little of it is worst.
