It is clear that free Skype can be run on a PC without a VPN.
First, your modem or pc suite a Config file with gpmms Access Point.
Dial UP Number = * 99 #
Open Skype then the tools> Option> Advance> Connection> Go.
Change the options in the Automatic proxy detection I am using HTTPS.
Put Put 10.128.1.2 Port 8080 and the HOST.
Restart Skype and SAVE this occasion.
Start a Free Skype GP through the bamboo. [In this way u can browse also in mozilla, crome etc]
NOTE: Connect a 1 - It may take a minute.
