Are you wondering how you can prepare Banga soup or Obe Eyin for your darling, your children or yourself? Here is a guideline to prepare this kind of soup.
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 onions (sliced)
2. Salt
3. 100 ground pepper
4. 1 pt water
5. 1k of oil-palm nuts
6. Stock fish (pre-soaked in water)
7. Okro (well sliced)
8. Half Ground crayfish
9. Meat
10. Spices (ataieko and Igeriejae)
STEP:
1. Put the washed meat in your pot and pour in some water, adding some salt and your 100 ground pepper. Allow it to boil for 30 minutes or until its tender.
2. Now, add your fish and stock fish, allows it on the fire for 10 minutes
3. Pour in your palm oil into the boiling pot
4. Add half teaspoonful of grounded ataieko and Igeriejae spice
5. Sprinkle your half ground crayfish into the pot and allow for 15 minutes until the soup is fairly reduce and thickened to coat back of spoon
6. Now, your soup is very ready to be enjoyed.
N/B:
Please note to be careful while preparing any kind of food at all, even when adding your ingredients and spices. Too much of everything is bad and little of it is worst.
Hahaha. Enjoy your meal
